Because digital files cannot be "returned" once they have been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to review the product descriptions, compatibility lists, and preview videos carefully before completing your purchase.

Technical Issues

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter a technical issue with a file (e.g., a corrupted download or a file error), please contact us at support@mocapcentral.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a working replacement file immediately.

Mocap Central LLC is based in Utah, USA. We adhere to United States consumer laws and relevant international digital commerce regulations. If you are located in a jurisdiction where local law provides for a mandatory "cooling-off" period or specific refund rights for digital goods once the download has commenced, those laws will be honored to the extent they are non-waivable.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Mocap Central in cases of duplicate accidental purchases (e.g., buying the same pack twice in the same transaction). If you believe you have made an accidental duplicate purchase, please contact us within 24 hours.
